By creating an account, purchasing credits, uploading images, or using any feature of the platform, you explicitly agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and to adhere to these Terms of Use in their entirety.

Services Provided

Pixusai offers AI-powered image upscaling services that allow users to increase the resolution and quality of their images quickly and effortlessly. The platform operates on a simple credit-based system, where each image upscale deducts a fixed number of credits from your account. Users start with 10 free credits upon registration and can purchase additional credits through flexible plans, including Pay as You Go and Custom Plans for larger needs.

User Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all details provided during registration or account updates are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Use the Platform Legally: Access and use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use Resources Responsibly: Use the credit system fairly and in accordance with the platform’s intended functionality.
• Respect Intellectual Property: Upload only images that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

Credit System and Payments

• Credits: Our platform operates on a credit-based system. Each image upscale costs a fixed number of credits, which are deducted from your account balance.
• Free Plan: New users receive 10 credits upon registration, which can be used to upscale images.
• Purchasing Credits: You can purchase additional credits through our Pay as You Go or Custom Plans. Purchased credits will be added to your account balance, and any unused credits from the Free Plan will remain in your account.
• Non-Refundable: Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No Expiry: Credits do not expire and remain valid indefinitely, allowing you to use them at any time.
• No Fixed Periods: There are no time limits or periods associated with the credit plans. You can use the credits at your convenience.

Prohibited Activities

When using Pixusai , you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Illegal Content: Upload, share, or distribute images or content that violates laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains defamatory, offensive, or harmful material.
• Manipulating AI Outcomes: Attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the AI’s processing algorithms or interfere with the accuracy or quality of the AI’s result.
• Exploiting AI for Malicious Purposes: Use the platform to generate images or content for malicious purposes, including creating deepfakes or misleading imagery.
• Automated Abuse: Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to flood the platform with image uploads or disrupt AI model processing, which could overload or damage the system.
• Service Disruption: Engage in actions that disrupt or harm the AI-based systems, such as attempting to bypass limitations, interfere with server functionality, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Impersonation or Fraud: Pretend to be another user or entity, falsify information, or misrepresent your affiliation with any third party while using the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to images, AI models, algorithms, code, and platform features, on Pixusai are the property of Pixusai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Platform Content: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.
• AI Models: The AI models and algorithms used on the platform are proprietary and owned by Pixusai . You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the AI technology or attempt to extract its underlying code or logic.
• User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to the platform. However, by uploading content, you grant Pixusai a license to process, enhance, and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the AI enhancement services.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the platform to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, create derivative works, or violate any laws related to intellectual property.

Any unauthorized use of the platform's intellectual property or violation of these terms may result in legal action and termination of access to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Pixusai strives to provide a reliable and efficient service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or flawless performance of the AI-powered image enhancement tools at all times. In no event will Pixusai be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from:

By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept that the service is provided "as is," and that any risks associated with the use of the service are solely your responsibility. Pixusai will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and will remain in effect even after termination of your access to the platform.

Termination of Use

Pixusai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms of Use, engagement in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 5, misuse or abuse of the AI-powered services or the credit system, providing false or misleading information during registration or account management, or conducting activities that may harm the platform’s functionality or disrupt the user experience for others.

If your access is terminated, you will lose all rights to use the platform, and your account will be deactivated. Any credits or services in your account will be revoked, and you will no longer be able to access your enhanced images or other platform features. Termination of your account will not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued before the termination date, such as unpaid credits or services.

You may also choose to terminate your use of the platform at any time by closing your account. However, please note that any credits purchased or payments made prior to termination are non-refundable.
